Konga Washed is everything our production team loves about washed Ethiopian coffee. It’s  light, fruity, and refreshing. They’ve had a lot of fun dialing in a great brew ratio.

This particular brew ratio emphasizes the coffees sweetness while creating a velvety mouthfeel.

A few brewing tips: pour evenly, swirl or gently stir after the bloom,    use medium fine coffee, and never allow the water draw down completely between pours.

Troubleshooting Help: Grind finer if it's draining too quickly, and coarser if it's draining slowly.
