LAAYYOO DOUBLE LAYERED - ETHIOPIA
From Ethiopia’s Teraga region, this experimental natural process coffee offers berry-sweet clarity with layers of orange zest, lemon candy, and a floral honeysuckle finish. Crafted through a rare double-layer drying method led by producer Ture Waji, it’s a vibrant, nuanced cup that rewards every sip.
